	Mr. Vishwas Mahajan, 44, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, is a Science Graduate and holds a Masters Degree in Management Studies from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He is the founder member of Compulink Systems Limited. He is the external interface of Compulink. He is mainly responsible for Business Development Function for its services and product offerings. Before founding Compulink, he has worked for various organizations including PSI Data systems, Hinditron, Digital Equipments (India) Limited and Key Information Technology (Dubai). He is Coordinator for NASSCOM SME forum and also a Charter member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).
	Mr. Uday Kothari, 45, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, is Bachelor in Physics and Advanced Electronics, Masters in Computer Management and Diploma in Business Management from University of Pune. He is the founder member of Compulink Systems Limited and has been responsible for its overall operations and growth. At Compulink his role has been primarily to do with the conceptualization and architecture of the product and delivery of technology services. Prior to Compulink, Uday has worked with Zenith, Hinditron and Key Information Systems, Dubai and TTSL Barbados and USA , in a variety of technology and management positions.
	Dr. Shridhar Shukla, 44, is an Independent Non-executive Director on Compulink's Board. He is IIT, Mumbai graduate and MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. In 1990, he completed PhD in Computer Science from North Carolina State University for his work in multi-computer routing. As a Director until July 2003, Dr.Shukla nurtured the growth of Persistent Systems Pvt Limited. During this period, he served as the COO and built a strong product and service business in the area of Identity Management. Prior to Persistent, Dr.Shukla worked as an Assistant Professor at the US Naval Postgraduate School, California conducting research in multicast protocols. Dr.Shukla is presently the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Great Software Laboratory Pvt. Ltd a Company which is into developing technology for secure communication networks.
	Mr. Sajit Kumar, 40, is an Independent Non-executive Director on Compulink Board and is a nominee of SIDBI Venture Capital Limited. He also represents SVCL on the Board of other Investee Companies.
	Mr. Yadunath Deshpande, 50, is an Independent Non-executive Director on Compulink Board. He is BE (Electronics & Telecommunication) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and has vast experience in the field of Data Communications & Telecommunication Networks. Mr.Deshpande has worked for over 15 Years in Societe Internationale de Telecomunnications Aeronautiques (SITA) in the Gulf Region.
